Product Description:
m-Alert improves system alert mobility and control over an organization’s mission-critical systems. This off-the-shelf application allows messaging management and dispatching of SMS alerts for emergencies or failures occurring at an organization’s command-and-control systems. As a result, organizations can improve technical workforce mobility and rapidly respond to problems in the field. m-Alert complements system and infrastructure management tools by supplying a central messaging management interface to various control systems.

- Monitor – human control interface designed for the control center operator that displays via a Web interface a status table of all alert signals in the system, including opening and delivery times to target units
- SMS response – the system enables message recipients to reception confirmation or problem notification
- Manual alert buttons – a set of event configured alerts for a screen-authorized operator that maintains operating/signal alerting buttons denoted as relevant events such as “fire,” “evacuate,” or “training”
- Backup module – enables conducting alternative communication via modem and system check-up by ping
